> What do you accept as proof of No Claims Discount?

To apply a No Claims Discount (NCD) to your policy, we require an official document from your previous insurer. To be valid, the NCD proof must meet the following criteria:

• Must have been issued in the UK from a UK-based insurance company.
• Must be an official letter or renewal notice showing the insurer’s branding and letterhead.
• The NCD must have been earned on a policy that expired within the last 2 years.
• We only accept NCD earned on a motorcycle or moped. NCD earned on a car is typically not transferable to a motorcycle policy.

Providing the above criteria is met, we will be able to accept the NCD proof as long as it clearly states:

• The policyholder’s name.
• The number of years of NCD earned.
• The date the previous policy expired.
