# \> My vehicle is not showing as insured on the Motor Insurance Database?

It may take up to 7 days for your vehicle to appear on the Motor Insurance Database (MID). Keep your Certificate of Insurance as proof of cover in the meantime. To discuss your policy, call us at 01733 907 001 Opening Hours: Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00 Sat: 09:00-13:00
