# \> Why can't I get a quote for my insurance?

If you were unable to get a quote this may be because the details provided did not meet the underwriting criteria of our panel of insurers at that time.

Insurance quotes are based on many different factors, and ultimately it’s the insurers who decide whether cover can be offered. As a broker, we administer policies on their behalf, but the decision is based on their criteria.

However, this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to get cover in the future or with another provider. Eligibility can change over time, so we encourage you to give us another try come renewal. Sorry we couldn't help on this occasion, we’re always working to expand our panel and improve the range of quotes we can offer.
